The conference fees comprise an all-inclusive package, which covers participation in the 3-day conference, lunches and coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the gala dinner including cultural activities.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, an 80% refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs up to 90 days prior to the start of the event. Beyond this period, the financial obligations of the participants will remain fully enforceable.
